Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups milk (if not enough, add more)
- dash of salt
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Save two whites for icing. Add flour with baking powder and salt in it. Alternate with milk.
