Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
- 6 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
In a heavy saucepan combine egg yolks, sugar, flour, salt, milk and vinegar. Cook till thickened and let cool.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
