Ingredients
- 1 can large flaky biscuits
- 1 cup chopped ham, bacon or sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheese (any kind)
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
Peel apart single biscuits. Place in a mini-muffin pan.
Mix meat and cheese and spoon into biscuits. Place in mini-muffin pans and brush with egg. Bake according to biscuit directions.
