APPLE CAKE

Ingredients
- 1 cake
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans
- 3 cups apples, chopped fine
Directions
Cream sugar and oil together. Add eggs. Blend in remaining ingredients. Bake in tube pan at 300° for 1 hour.
