Ingredients

1 pie
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
juice of 1 lemon (or 2 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup butter

Directions

Mix ingredients and pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake at 250° until top is golden brown and pie is not shaking.
Use Chee Chee’s Pastry recipe for crust.
