• 4 lbs stew beef cooked with
• 4 onions, cooked down to shreds
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• dash hot sauce
• 2 cups catsup
• 1 cup chili sauce
• 4 tablespoons vinegar
• 3 teaspoons sugar
• 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice
• 4 tablespoons mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
• 2/3 cup water
• 1 teaspoon salt
