BEEF-NOODLE CASSEROLE
Casseroles, Pasta, Cheese & Egg Dishes
Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg noodles
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook noodles.
Brown beef in shortening and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Heat until bouillon cube dissolves.
Stir in noodles.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350°.
