2 lbs brown sugar (light)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 stick margarine
7 eggs
6 tablespoons whole milk
6 teaspoons flour
Preheat oven to 400°.
Beat eggs; add milk, sugars, flour and melted margarine. Pour into 3 unbaked pie shells and bake at 400° until pies begin to brown slightly. Cut oven back to 300° and bake until firm.
