1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 - 3/4 cup peanut butter
Mix first four ingredients into a dough. Roll into a rectangle 1/4 inch thick. Spread with peanut butter and roll into a log. Chill 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and slice in 1/2-inch thick slices.
