CHOCOLATE ICING
Pies, Cakes and Desserts
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- nuts, if desired
Directions
In heavy saucepan, combine margarine, cocoa and
milk. Bring to a boil. Beat in powdered sugar and
vanilla. Add nuts if desired. Put on warm cake.
TIP: To make black frosting for
Halloween or other party cakes,
add blue food coloring to chocolate
frosting.
