Ingredients
- 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 cups boiling water
- 1 cup fresh juice from lemons and oranges
Directions
In large bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with sugar.
Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add fruit juice and let it congeal.
Grandma usually made a second bowl and put wine in it.
Serve jelly topped with homemade custard or bought egg nog.
