Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 small can fruit cocktail, drained (optional)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup diced celery (optional)
- 1 cup boiling water

Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and fruit cocktail. Pour into large pan so mixture is about 1/2 inch thick. Congeal.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Cream together cream cheese, nuts and celery; blend in gelatin. Pour on top of first layer. Congeal.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and fruit cocktail. Cool completely. Pour over second layer. Congeal.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
Chee Chee always made this at Christmas and sometimes at Thanksgiving.
