COOKIE'S FAVORITE VINEGAR PIE

3 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
6 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
2 uncooked pie crusts
Combine all ingredients and pour into two unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until set.
CRUST
Cut margarine into flour until size of green peas. Add cold water and mold into ball. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Divide into 2 balls and roll out to fit pie pan.
