CRAB CAKES

Ingredients
- 6 servings
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Dash salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of red pepper, if desired
Directions
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Drop from spoon into hot grease. Cook until brown.
