CRAB MEAT DIP (MOLD)

Ingredients
- 4-cup mold
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 6 1/2 oz can crab meat
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Heat soup over medium heat until very warm. Add dissolved gelatin to soup; mix and cool.
Rinse crab meat in strainer under cold water; pick. Add meat and remaining ingredients to soup and mix well. Spoon into a 4-cup mold and chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
