CRAB MEAT QUICHE
Casseroles, Pasta, Cheese & Egg Dishes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 2/3 cups crab meat (1/2 lb)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup sliced onion
- 8 oz grated Swiss cheese
- 9" baked pie shell
Directions
Mix together mayonnaise, eggs, milk and flour. Stir in cheese and onions. Mix flour with crab meat and add. Spoon into baked pie crust. Bake at 325° until set (40 to 45 minutes).
