CREAM CHEESE BARS

Ingredients
- 4 - 5 dozen
- 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb confectioners sugar
- (reserve 1 tablespoon to sprinkle)
Directions
Mix cake mix, 2 eggs and margarine by hand. Press
firmly into greased 9x13" pan.
Mix cheese, 2 eggs and sugar with mixer. Pour on top
of mixture in pan.
Bake at 350 to 375° for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle on
reserved sugar and cool in pan. Cut into bars or
squares.
