Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 1/2 cups milk (if you use lemon pudding, use water instead of milk)

Directions
CRUST
Mix together and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°. Cool.
Watch closely - it will burn.
FIRST LAYER
Cream ingredients together. Spread over cooled crust.
SECOND LAYER
Cook pudding mix and milk until thick. Cool. Pour over first layer.
