EASY HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE COOKIE ICE CREAM

3 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
2 tablespoons water
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup crushed chocolate cream-filled (sandwich type) cookies
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
In a large bowl beat egg yolks. Stir in milk, water and vanilla. Fold in crushed cookies and whipped cream.
Pour in aluminum foil lined 9x5" loaf pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
