ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZAS

Ingredients
- 1 pkg English Muffins, split
- 1 or 2 links of pepperoni, sliced
- 10 slices Swiss cheese, diced
- 1 (4 oz) can mushroom pieces, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
Blend together pepperoni, cheese, mushroom pieces, green pepper, onion and mayonnaise. Spread on muffin halves. Broil until hot and bubbly. Cut in quarters and serve. May be frozen.
