4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup raisins
Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar and butter. Blend in flavorings. Add coconut, pecans and raisins. Pour into uncooked deep dish pie shell. Bake at 325° for about 40 minutes.
