1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 unbaked pie shells
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter; add sugar, then eggs. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked shells and bake for 45 minutes (or until firm) at 350°.
