- 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Directions
Mix all together.
TIP: Eggs separate more easily when cold. Egg whites at room temperature will be fluffier when whipped.
