FRIED FISH FILLETS

Ingredients

Dip fish fillets first into beaten egg and water with salt and pepper. Then dip in flour; again in egg and water; then into crushed saltine cracker crumbs.

Directions

Cook in very hot oil - either inside or on outside grill.
This is cooked at the annual Labor Day neighborhood picnic on the grill for Valerie's birthday.
