Ingredients

1 pint
1 pint olive oil (or other cooking oil)
7 - 8 cloves garlic, cut in half

Directions

Push garlic onto toothpicks. Put in a pint jar. Add oil to fill jar. Close tightly and store in refrigerator. Should set for 2 weeks before using. Keeps for several months.
Use for stir-frying, salads, pasta, marinades, etc.
