Ingredients

1 tablespoon powdered cocoa
1/2 - 1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup hot water
Dash of salt
3/4 cup milk

Directions

Mix 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1/2 to 1 tablespoon sugar and salt in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup hot water. Place over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; add milk and heat slowly. DO NOT BOIL.
Serve hot. If desired, float a marshmallow on top.
