2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 lb chocolate cream-filled (sandwich-type) cookies
1 pint half and half
1/2 pint whipping cream (not whipped)
1 quart whole milk
1/8 - 1/4 cup crème de menthe liqueur
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels
Combine all ingredients.
Freeze in 5-quart ice cream freezer.
