LEMON MERINGUE PIE

Ingredients
- 1 pie
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour (piling)
- butter (size of an egg)
- 1 cup boiling water
- juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 grated rind
Directions
Combine in double boiler and cook until thick. Pour into cooked crust.
Use egg whites for meringue.
