LIME-PINEAPPLE SALAD

Ingredients
- 8 - 10 servings
- 2 boxes lime gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 to 1 cup pecans, as desired
Directions
Mix two boxes lime gelatin with two cups boiling water; stir until completely dissolved. Add 2 cups cold water, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 pint slightly softened vanilla ice cream and pecans. Mix well and place in dish or individual molds to congeal.
