Casseroles, Pasta, Cheese & Egg Dishes
Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked squash (drain water off)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup green pepper
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 bag corn bread stuffing
- 2 eggs
- M. E. Goodwyn is Mary Elizabeth Goodwyn, niece of Fleda Hawthorne Goodwyn (Chee Chee). Mary Elizabeth's father and Edward Goodwyn were brothers.
Directions
Mix all together except half of stuffing. Put half on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
