24 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 + cup sugar
little sour cream
graham cracker crumbs
Separate eggs. Whip egg whites until stiff. Cream up cheese, yolks and sugar. Fold in whites. Spoon into small muffin tins.
Bake at 350° until set (about 7 to 10 minutes).
Mix sugar and sour cream and lightly brush tops of cakes and sprinkle with crumbs.
