Ingredients
- 1 lb ground round steak
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole. Cook at 400° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
