Ingredients
- 4 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 lb blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- ground nut meats
Directions
Soften cream cheese in a medium-size bowl. Blend in blue cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Chill until firm enough to handle. Spoon out onto wax paper or foil; shape into a large ball with hands. Decorate with parsley patted onto ball and stars cut from pimientos, if desired...or pat ground nut meats and parsley onto ball.
