1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz white chocolate coating
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Blend 1/3 cup peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill.
Using 1/2 teaspoon of mixture, form into 24 balls. Place in 1 1/2-inch paper bonbon cups. Melt coating and 1/2 cup peanut butter. Spoon into cups to fill.
This works fine with regular chocolate but has an entirely different flavor.
