PECAN PIE

Ingredients
- 1 pie
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- This is Frances Cliborne's recipe. She bakes the crust some before adding the custard.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
