PERFECTION SALAD

Ingredients
- 2 envelopes plain gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 4 1/2 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup pimiento or red pepper
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1 cup celery
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
Directions

Arrange olives on bottom of mold.
Mix gelatin, sugar and salt. Add hot water. Add cold water, vinegar and lemon juice.
Cool partially and put 1/2 cup of mixture in mold; adjust olives if necessary. Chill till set.
Add rest of gelatin and vegetables. Chill.
