Cream 2 sticks margarine with 1/2 cup shortening.
Add 3 cups sugar gradually. Add 1 1/2 cups sifted
cake flour and 1/2 cup milk. Add 4 eggs (one at a
time).
Add another 1 1/2 cups sifted cake flour and 1/2 cup
milk with 1/2 teaspoon lemon and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Put in cold
oven and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 350° for 1/2
hour.
