PRUNE CAKE

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooked prunes, chopped
- 1/2 cup black walnuts
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into sheet cake pan. Bake at 300° for one hour.
