1 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (4 3/4 oz) jar baby food prunes
1 (4 3/4 oz) jar baby food applesauce
Mix oil and sugar; add eggs and flour mixed with spices. Blend in vanilla, fruit and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes until firm and brown.
