SLOW COOKER ROUND STEAK

2 lbs round steak, cut into 2 x 4" strips
3 or 4 slices onion
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place steak strips, onions and pepper in slow crockery cooker. Combine soup, water and sauce. Pour over mixture in cooker. Cover and simmer at medium setting for 5 to 6 hours. Serve over noodles.
