strawberries
Wash and hull strawberries.
Drain well.
Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and lemon juice, blending well.
Spoon mixture into pastry bag or cake decorator with star tip.
Cut an "X" across the top of each strawberry about half way down into berry. Stuff with filling.
VARIATION: Filling may also be used as a dip for strawberries.
