1 small pkg strawberry gelatin
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 quart strawberries
2 baked pie crusts
whipped topping
Mix sugar, gelatin and cornstarch. Pour boiling water over this; mix well. Cook over low heat until it reaches a rolling boil. Cool.
Bake pie crusts and cool. Fill with berries and pour glaze over them. Refrigerate several hours.
When ready to serve, top with whipped topping.
