cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk (or part cream)
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
