Appetizers and Beverages
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb grated Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
- 1/2 lb grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup milk
Directions
Mix together with hands. Press into bottom of 13x9" well greased baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
Let cool slightly and cut into 2-inch squares. Serve as hot appetizer along with a drink.
You may add sliced jalapenos to the top if you want it really spicy.
