Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 5 tablespoons bacon grease
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes
- 2 (#2) cans string beans
Directions
Sauté onions in bacon grease until tender. Add flour and tomatoes. Stir until sauce is thick.
Drain string beans; put in buttered casserole. Pour tomato sauce over. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
